Production Control Software
At the heart of the business is a Production Control software system which is the home of every detail of every job we produce.
The RedAnt Production Control® software system covers every step of the process at Batorer – from initial Request For Quotation, through Estimating and Quotations, Order Receipt, Material Purchasing, Production, Inspection and finally Delivery.
The system ensures that from Quotation through to Dispatch our team can precisely monitor, control and manage your parts through our machine shop and any outside sub-contract processes that may be required. All documentation is held within the system and with networked access to drawings and job cards at each CNC machine on the shop floor, our engineers can ensure they are operating to the precise requirements of each job. Real Time Data Collection is also used via the networked Tablets to monitor production efficiency and highlight areas for our improvement teams to investigate.
Our Production Control Software system has integrated Production Planning, Finite Scheduling and real-time Shop Floor Data Collection capabilities. This allows our Production Manager to route jobs in the most efficient manner, monitor actual machining timings against machining estimates and most importantly, manage our CNC Machining Capacity to respond to the delivery requirements of our Customers.
