Quality Systems

Quality is central to everything that we do at Batorer. Our Customers operate in the most demanding markets and require components which are both accurate to drawing and with all of the supporting documentation to evidence compliance that they need. Whether this is in the form of dimensional reports, material certification, or sub contract coating and treatment operations we have the equipment, expertise and long established supplier base to ensure we can deliver

Batorer is ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 certified under our Integrated Management System. In addition we are verified under the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme – RISQS – to allow supply to the Rail Industry of machined parts and components.

Guaranteed Accuracy

Amongst that range of equipment that we have at our disposal is the latest CNC CMM (the Aberlink Axiom Too) and Image Dimension Measurement (the Keyence IM-7500 System)

The Axiom Too CNC CMMs at Batorer offer our team the options of touch trigger probing or continuous contact scanning probing.  We have two Axiom’s – one for Shop Floor in process inspection and a second machine in our Quality department for final inspection. CMM Data is used extensively within Batorer to ensure accuracy of machining at key stages in the routing and also to check finished parts before dispatch. The two machines are networked and operate the exact same programmes to guarantee accuracy and avoid discrepancies in programming parameters.

With Y axis travel up to 1500mm the Axiom gives us comprehensive coverage and also allows us to produce comprehensive Inspection Reports for our Customers if they are required.

Whether we’re checking “first off” parts, batch samples or 100% inspecting we can be sure that the parts we produce comply with our Customer’s requirements.

How can we help you?

Batorer have the machines and production capacity to handle both one-off complex components and high volume production parts.
