At Batorer Precision Engineering we have always invested – and continue to invest – in our CNC machining capacity. Over the years this has seen us build up an extensive range of CNCs machines in both our CNC Milling and our CNC Turning sections.
This investment allows us to offer you a capacity that you can count on to get quality components and parts delivered to meet your production and assembly schedules or your project deadlines.

CNC Milling & Turning Machines
With over 30 CNC Milling & Turning machines at our disposal we have the production capacity to handle one-off complex components or high volume production parts. The two machining sections at Batorer work closely to optimise routings on more complex parts which require both Milling and Turning operations. This is all controlled by our Production Control Software system with its integrated Production Planning, Finite Scheduling and real-time Shop Floor Data Collection capabilities.
All the programmes for machined parts are created and driven by our ONE CNC CAD/CAM. This allows our Engineers to use the models created in the CAD software from Customer drawings to generate the optimum tool paths that will be used by our CNC machines to produce the precise components our Customers require from their files.
Batorer also uses a Networked DNC-Max Web Client to supports local file transfers. This allows file preview and port organisation and minimises the opportunity for programming error. Full control over program transfers from one central application and fully compatibility with all of our existing machines.
